Anxious Avoidant Dance
Understanding Your Needs, Understanding Your Choices
Tuesday, Mar 25th @ 6-8pm, EDT
Are you trying to understand why you are drawn to certain partners and relationship dynamics? Or understand why these particular insecure attachment styles seem unable to stay away from each other?
In this workshop, we will:
🤍Examine: how each style is similar in what they are looking for in connection, and how they are different
🤍Understand: why we may repeatedly choose partners with insecure attachment styles and what this says about us
🤍Explore: ways to discover what truly matters and what we genuinely want in a relationship
🤍Find: peace in our decision-making by embracing the waltz, or getting off the dance floor
In this workshop you can expect:
To gain understanding of why this dynamic exists, join in group discussion with others, experience reflection, better understand attachment patterns, and make more informed relationship choices.

Self-love has no final destination— it is a journey of remembering, reclaiming, and returning to you. This workshop is an invitation to design a self-love practice specifically for you, rooted in self-awareness, healing, and possibility.
We will:
✨ Self-Assess & Reflect: Who are you beneath the roles you play? What do you believe about yourself?
✨ Ask Desire Questions: What do you really want? Do you allow yourself to have desire fully and freely?
✨ Discuss Sacred Responsibility: Do you believe your healing comes from you, or some outside source? Are you open to radical self-scrutiny and considering what others have told you?
✨ Explore Healing: How much work have you done to learn and heal about your attachment style? To process past wounds?
✨ Craft Your Healing Wheel: Discuss the difference between self-esteem and self-worth. What does your unique path to self-love, as well as deep and uncompromising self-worth, look like for you?
✨ Manifest: How much do you believe you can enact positive, life-altering change to yourself and your life?
What You Will Experience:
Through guided self-inquiry, reflection, and meaningful discussion, you will leave this workshop believing more fully in your ability and resourcefulness to design your unique self-love journey. You will remember you are free to return - to safety, to peace, to confidence, and to love.
You are invited to a small group workshop focused on the joy and healing power of inner child work for developing self-love and healing the wounds of insecure attachment.
Guided by insights from Carl Jung, Gabor Maté, and Richard Schwartz, the developer of the Internal Family Systems therapy modality, we will explore the powerful and transformative practice of connecting with and nurturing your inner child. Whether you are new to this journey of self-discovery or looking for a supportive community to deepen your practice, this workshop offers a safe and compassionate space to grow and reflect.
In this workshop you can expect:
✨To learn where inner child work theory came from
✨How it helps to heal attachment wounds
✨How it restores connection to self and others
There will be information provided, group discussion, and exercises.
